RESTAURANT ANDRE invited Chef Albert Adrià of Tickets (World’s Best Pastry Chef, and #25 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants) for an exclusive collaboration on August 2017.
for this project, CHEF ANDRE wishes to document the fun and lively SIDE of this four hands experience. IN THE PRE-production, it was decided that before the introduction of ACT 2, the framing and the feel adopted the charlie chaplin comic FILM style WITH LONG CUTS.
